Downloading Reports as Backups
The Reports module offers a wide variety of downloadable reports in both .csv and .xlsx file formats. These reports can be imported into tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Accessing Reports
Navigate to the Reports module from the main navigation bar.
Select the report you’d like to export.
Click Download.
Alternatively, you can use the Elevated Signals API to access and download reports programmatically. This is ideal for automating regular data exports or integrating with external tools.

Types of Reports Available
Snapshot Reports: Capture the current state of your data, like inventory or facility conditions.
Trend Reports: Show patterns over time.
Time Series Reports: Track changes at specific intervals.
Historical Reports: Provide an overview of past data across a set time range.
Reports are available for modules like Inventory, Quality, and System Administration.
Exporting Individual PDFs
You can export PDFs for specific records throughout Elevated Signals—such as Batches, Quality Events, or Production Runs.
How to Export a PDF
Navigate to the specific object or record (e.g., a Batch).
Click the PDF button in the top-right corner.
Customize the content if options are available.
Click Download.
Note: If the PDF is too large to download immediately, you’ll be prompted to have it sent to your email.
