What can you do with it?
The Delete Shipping Order Inventory Line Item function allows you to seamlessly manage your inventory by removing unwanted shipping history. By using this feature, all records linked to the shipped inventory item—including the shipped, returning, and allocated inventory—will revert back to your facility. This tool ensures that your inventory remains up-to-date and accurately reflects current stock levels.
How is it done?
Access the Shipping Order Detail Page:
Navigate to the Shipping Order Detail page from the Inventory module.
Select the Inventory Line Item:
Browse and identify the line item relevant to your needs.
Acknowledge Deletion Impact:
Carefully read and understand that deleting this item will revert all related inventory, including shipped and allocated quantities, back to the facility.
Enable the Deletion Checkbox:
Locate and check the box that says: "I understand that this will delete the entire shipped inventory including returning shipped and allocated inventory back to facility."
Note: This step is crucial to proceed.
Execute the Delete Command:
Once the checkbox is selected, confirm the deletion to remove the shipping order inventory line item from records.
