In the Purchase Order Detail page, you'll find the Delete Receival function. This feature allows you to efficiently delete receival entries, ensuring your inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.

The Delete Receival feature is designed to help you maintain a precise inventory count. By allowing users to delete receival entries, it enables you to remove any received inventory from the facility when necessary, keeping your records clean and reliable.
How is it done?
Here's how you can use the Delete Receival feature to manage your inventory:
Navigate to the Purchase Order Detail page where the receival entry you wish to delete is listed.
Locate the specific receival entry you need to remove.
Before proceeding, ensure you acknowledge the consequences by checking the I understand that this will delete the entire received inventory including removing any received inventory from the facility checkbox.
Confirm this action by ensuring the checkbox is enabled; only then will the system allow you to delete the receival entry.
Proceed with the deletion to update your inventory records.
Important Considerations
