  • Click Add to include the input in the work order.

4. Add Outputs

  • In the output section, type β€œbulk” to find your Dried Cannabis – Bulk inventory product.

  • Make sure the output is assigned to the same batch.

  • Place it into secure storage and create a new lot and inventory for the first bulk bag (e.g., 1,000 grams).

5. Create Additional Bulk Bags

  • Use the βž• (+1) button to quickly duplicate the previous output entry.

  • Repeat this step to create additional bulk bags (e.g., four more to total five).

  • Each bag should be created with a new lot and inventory record.

πŸ’‘ The +1 button copies details from the previous output, which can be customized further in your work order type settings.

6. Finalize the Work Order

  • Once your bulk bags are created, review them to confirm that 5,000 grams of cannabis has been divided correctly.

  • Add any relevant destruction events, equipment, or records if needed.

  • Click Actions > Close Work Order to complete the process.

7. Review the Batch

  • Go back to the Batch page.

  • Open the Inventory Ledger and confirm the five bulk bags of dried cannabis have been successfully created.

βœ… Tips
