With the Filter Work Orders functionality, you gain control over how you view your list of Work Orders. By applying filters, you can focus on the orders that matter most to you, tailoring the list view to meet your operational needs.
How is it done?
Here’s how to apply filters to your Work Orders:
Select Work Order Status Filter:
Choose between Open, Unopened, Closed, or Planned to refine orders based on their status.
Verified Filter:
Opt for Verified or Unverified to see orders based on their verification status.
Locked Filter:
Decide if you wish to view Unlocked or Locked work orders.
Work Order Type Filter:
Use the Data Select option to filter orders by their type.
Location Filter:
Pick a location through Data Select to narrow down work orders to a specific geographical area.
Generic Status:
Utilize Data Select to filter orders by generic statuses accommodating various scenarios.
Date Filters:
Use Select Open to filter orders created after a particular date.
Use Select Close to filter orders created before a specific date.
