Purpose

The Adjust Filter feature on the Records List page allows users to customize their view by filtering records according to specific criteria.

What can you do with it?

The Adjust Filter empowers you to personalize your view of the Records List. By selecting from a variety of filters, you can streamline your workflow, focus on relevant records, and ensure valuable insights are just a filter away.

How is it done?

  1. Filter by User Records

    • Show my Records: Tick the checkbox to display only records you originally created.

  2. Reverification Necessities

    • Reverification Required: Check this box to spotlight records in need of reverification.

  3. Select Users

    • Users: Choose from the data multi-select to filter records by their originator.

  4. Verification and Lock Status

    • Verification Status: Choose between Unverified or Verified to narrow down results.

    • Lock Status: Opt for Unlocked or Locked to see the appropriate records.

  5. Record Progress and Type

    • Status: Select In Progress or Submitted for a focused search.

    • Record Type: Choose between Active Records, Show All Records, or Archived Records to target specific types.

  6. Batch and Location Filtering

    • Batches: Use the data select to choose specific batches.

    • Locations: Narrow your search by selecting particular locations.

  7. More Specific Filters

    • Statuses and Schemas: Utilize the data select feature to refine by status or schemas.

    • Dates:

      • Start Date and End Date: Define a date range to filter records.

      • Performed On (start) and Performed On (end): Specify the action date range for filtered records.

  • Ensure consistency across selected filters to avoid conflicting criteria.

  • Review your filters regularly to maintain optimal workflow as needs evolve.

  • Understanding the impact of each filter will reduce the possibility of overlooking important records.

  • Regularly refine your filters based on workflow changes to streamline your efficiency.

  • Use the date filters to track changes or actions over specific periods, maximizing your record oversight.
