Purpose

On the Cultivation Batch List page, you can filter batches to easily locate and manage specific groups of plants. This feature allows you to apply various criteria to narrow down your batch list view.

What can you do with it?

Filter Batches helps you zero in on the exact batches you need. You can:

  • View active, archived, or all batches

  • Filter by cultivars, growth stages, locations, and more

  • Set date ranges for batch creation

  • Identify batches in open work orders

  • Sort batches by different criteria

How is it done?

  1. Select Batch Status

    • Choose from: Active, Archived, or All Batches

  2. Apply Data Filters

    • Select from: Cultivars, Growth Stages, Locations, Batch Types, Statuses, Tags

  3. Set Date Range

    • Start Date: Select the earliest creation date

    • End Date: Select the latest creation date

  4. Work Order Filter

    • Check the box to show batches in open work orders

  5. Sort Results

    • Choose to order by: Created at Date, # of Plants, or Alphabetical

Important Considerations

  • Filters are cumulative, meaning each selection further narrows your results

  • The default view shows active batches ordered by creation date (ascending)

  • Clearing all filters will reset the view to show all active batches

Best Practices

  • Use multiple filters to quickly locate specific batches

  • Regularly review archived batches to ensure proper record-keeping

  • Utilize the work order filter to prioritize active cultivation tasks

  • Experiment with different sorting options to find the most efficient view for your workflow
