In the Production Batch List page, the Filter Batches function allows users to apply a filter to the Batches list view. This feature streamlines how you sort and view batch information, making it easy to focus on what's important.
What can you do with it?
With Filter Batches, customize your view of the Batches list to quickly pinpoint specific batches. Whether you're looking for active, archived, or all batches, this tool aids in refining your search to meet your current operational needs.
How is it done?
Choose Batch Status:
Select from Active Batches, Archived Batches, or All Batches to determine the scope of your search.
Apply Data Select Options:
Narrow your search by choosing filters such as Cultivars, Growth Stages, Locations, Batch Types, Statuses, and Tags.
Set Date Parameters:
Use Start Date and End Date to focus on batches created within a specific time frame.
Ensure the Start Date precedes the End Date to avoid errors.
Open Work Orders Filter:
Check the option to include only batches that are part of open work orders, keeping your focus on ongoing processes.
Order Batches:
Choose how you’d like the batches displayed by setting an order preference: Created at Date, # of Plants, or Alphabetical.
