Purpose

On the Statuses List page, the Adjust Filter feature lets users customize their view of the statuses.

What can you do with it?

The goal of the Adjust Filter is to give users control over what they see on the Statuses List. Tailor the list to display only what matters to you by leveraging the status filtering options.

How is it done?

  1. Select Status Type:

    • Choose from options like All Status Types, Batch Statuses, Inventory Statuses, Lot Statuses, Purchase Order Statuses, or Vendor Statuses to set the list according to your current needs.

  2. Display Archived Statuses:

    • Toggle the Show Archived checkbox to view statuses that were previously archived. Perfect for reviewing past entries.

  3. Focus on Blocked Statuses:

    • Check the Show Blocked Only option to filter down the list to those statuses that are in a Blocking state, allowing you to quickly address any critical issues.

Important Considerations

  • Double-check your selections: Make sure you've chosen the correct filters to avoid missing crucial information.

  • Stay updated with changes: When filters are adjusted, the list dynamically updates, so always be aware of the context you are working within.

Best Practices

  • Regularly adjust filters: Frequently updating your filters can keep your workflow efficient and help highlight pertinent statuses.

  • Review archived and blocked statuses periodically: It's beneficial to occasionally check these statuses to ensure compliance and resolve potential bottlenecks.
