The Filter Vendors function empowers users to tailor their view of the Vendors List. By selecting specific filters, you can create a focused list that highlights what you need to see. How is it done?
Access the Vendors List Page:
Navigate to the Vendors section in your inventory module.
Select a Filter:
ACTIVE Vendors: Choose this to view only vendors that are currently active.
Internal Vendors: Filter to see vendors designated for internal purposes.
Customers: Include those vendors who also serve as customers.
Show Archived Vendors:
Checkbox: Enable this to include vendors that have been archived in your list.
Show Blocked Only:
Checkbox: Enable this option to filter the list to only show vendors with a blocking status.
Apply Changes:
Save/Refresh: Once filters are set, apply the changes to view your tailored list.
