Purpose

The Work Order filter feature on the Harvests List page allows users to apply various filters to the Batches list view, helping you quickly find and manage specific Work Orders.

What can you do with it?

This filter functionality enables you to narrow down Work Orders based on multiple criteria, making it easier to focus on the tasks that matter most. You can filter by status, verification, lock state, type, location, and date range, giving you precise control over your Work Order view.

How is it done?

To filter Work Orders in the Harvests List:

  1. Access Filters

    • Navigate to the Harvests List page

    • Locate the filter options at the top of the Work Orders list

  2. Apply Status Filters

    • Use the Work Order Status filter to select from:

      • Open

      • Unopened

      • Closed

      • Planned

  3. Set Verification and Lock Filters

    • Choose Verified or Unverified in the Verified filter

    • Select Unlocked or Locked in the Locked filter

  4. Filter by Type and Location

    • Use the Work Order Type filter to select specific types

    • Apply the Location filter to focus on particular areas

  5. Use Generic Status Filter

    • Select from available generic Work Order statuses

  6. Set Date Range

    • Use the Open Date filter to show Work Orders created after a specific date

    • Apply the Close Date filter to display Work Orders created before a certain date

  7. Apply Filters

    • Click "Apply" or a similar button to activate your selected filters

Important Considerations

  • Filters can be used in combination for more precise results

  • Remember to clear or reset filters when starting a new search

  • Some filters may not be available depending on your user permissions

Best Practices

  • Regularly review and update your filter preferences for optimal efficiency

  • Use date filters to focus on time-sensitive Work Orders

  • Combine status and type filters to quickly identify priority tasks

  • Save commonly used filter combinations for quick access in future sessions
