Purpose

Welcome to the Production Stages List page where you can shape your workflow. Here, you can smoothly edit existing production stages or create entirely new ones to suit your operations.

What can you do with it?

The power in your hands! Modify any existing production stage or introduce a new one with the Edit Production Stage feature. Tailor each step of your production line to match your specific requirements, ensuring every stage is perfectly aligned with your operational goals.

How is it done?

Give a stage a name:

  1. Name: Enter a distinctive name in the Text Field for easy identification.

Define its role:

2. Production Stage Type: Choose from a list including Drying, Fresh Cannabis, Curing, Trimmed, Extraction, Packaged, or Other to categorize your stage appropriately.

Manage stage availability:

3. Archived: Select the Checkbox to archive the production stage, which prevents it from being added to new batches. Remember, archiving is a reversible action.

Important Considerations

  • Consistency is Key: Ensure the Name you assign is unique to avoid confusion.

  • Stages Reflect Workflow: Assign the right type to each stage to maintain an effortless production flow.

  • Archived Stages: Archiving is a handy tool for obsolete stages, yet be cautious β€” archived stages won't be used in future batches unless reactivated.

Best Practices

  • Regularly review your Production Stage Types to align with ongoing process developments.

  • Use clear and descriptive names for each stage to enhance clarity across your team.

  • Implement archival thoughtfully; keep your list free from outdated or seldom-used stages for better efficiency.
