Navigate to the Record Detail Page: Locate and open the Record Detail page containing the record you wish to unlock.
Select the Unlock Button: Look for the Unlock button on the page. Click this button to initiate the unlock process.
Enter Unlock Reason: A side navigation will open, prompting you to describe why the record is being unlocked. Enter a clear and concise reason in the Unlock Reason text area.
Confirm Unlock: After detailing the reason, confirm your action to successfully unlock the record.
