What can you do with it?
The goal of the Verify Record function is to finalize the record's information by marking it as verified. By doing so, you confirm the accuracy and completeness of the data, ultimately locking the record to safeguard it from future alterations.
How is it done?
Navigate: Go to the Record Detail page where the target record is located.
Locate: Find the specific record you wish to verify. Ensure this record is complete and accurate.
Verify: Click on the Verify button, prominently displayed near the record details.
Confirm: A prompt will appear asking for confirmation. Review the record once more and click Confirm to proceed.
Outcome: Upon confirmation, the record is now locked from further edits, ensuring data integrity and preserving its verified status.
