Email Notifications in Elevated Signals

We're excited to bring notifications to Elevated Signals!

In this initial state you can receive email notifications for:

  1. Work Order Closures by Work Order Type

  2. Quality Records by Form

Subscribing to Work Order Types

  1. Head over to the Work Order types page
    ​

  2. Select a work order type that you'd like to receive notifications for

  3. Click on the "Subscribe" button

That's it! You'll now receive an email whenever a work order of that work order type closes. If you ever want to stop receiving notifications, go back to where you subscribed and click on "Unsubscribe".

Subscribing to Quality Forms

  1. Head over to the Form Management page

  2. Select a form that you'd like to receive notifications for

  3. You can subscribe yourself or other users by adding them to the subscription box above the Audit Log:

Any subscribed users here will be sent an email notification when records of this form type are submitted. To unsubscribe a user, just navigate back to the quality form and remove their name from the list.
