Purpose
In the Inventory Lots List page, Filter Lots allows users to apply a filter to the Lots list view, customizing which lots are visible based on specific criteria.
What can you do with it?
With the Filter Lots function, you can efficiently manage your view by filtering lots to see Active Lots, All Lots, Empty Lots, or Archived Lots. This feature empowers you to focus on the lots that matter most to your objectives and streamline inventory management workflows.
How is it done?
Access Inventory Lots List:
Navigate to the Inventory module.
Select the Inventory Lots List page.
Apply a Filter:
Click on Filter to open filtering options.
Select Inventory Products:
Select the specific products you wish to view.
Choices include a data Multi-Select of Inventory Products.
Choose Lot Type:
Determine your view preference by selecting:
Active Lots to focus on current stock.
All Lots for a complete inventory overview.
Empty Lots to identify gaps or shortages.
Archived Lots for historical data and records.
Once selections are made, the view will instantly update to display lots matching your criteria.
Important Considerations
Ensure you are selecting the correct Inventory Products to reflect accurate inventory data.
Double-check your Lot Type selections to avoid overlooking essential lots.
