To set the status of an inventory lot, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Inventory Lot Detail page: Find your specific inventory lot from the list.

  2. Select Status Type: Choose a category that accurately represents the lot from the available options. This selection is locked to ensure consistency.

  3. Pick the Status: From the dropdown, select the appropriate status for your lot to reflect its current condition or stage.

  4. Add a Reason: Use the text area provided to document any specific details or rationale for the status change. This information will be included in the facility updates report for clarification.

  5. Confirm Changes: Review your selection to ensure accuracy, then submit the updates.
