In the Inventory Item Detail page, you have the ability to Set Status. This feature allows users to set the status of the Inventory Item.

The Set Status function is designed to give you control over your inventory management. It allows users to set the appropriate status of the Inventory Item, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting within the system.
How is it done?
Navigate to Inventory Item Detail:
Access the Inventory Item Detail page to begin.
Select Status Types:
Use the Data Select of Status Types feature to choose the category. This selection is specifically connected to the item lot, ensuring precision in assignment.
Set the Status:
With the Data Select of Status, choose the desired status for the inventory item. This action directly updates the item's current standing.
Add a Reason:
Input any necessary explanation in the Text Area provided. This adds context to changes made and will be reflected in the Facility Updates Report.
