Purpose

On the Form Schema page, users can now add new Sub Section Headers to their forms. This feature allows for better organization and clarity within form layouts.

What can you do with it?

The New Sub Section Header feature lets you create distinct sections within your form schema. You can:

  • Group related fields together

  • Improve form readability and user experience

  • Add custom titles and descriptions for each section

  • Set conditional display rules for specific sections

How is it done?

  1. Navigate to the Form Schema page

  2. Locate the area where you want to add a new sub section

  3. Click the "Add New Sub Section Header" button

  4. Fill in the following fields:

    • Sub Section Title

    • Sub Section Description (optional)

    • Info Icon content (optional)

  5. Set up Conditionals (if needed) to control when the section is displayed

  6. Save your changes

Important Considerations

  • Sub Section Headers help organize your form but don't collect data themselves

  • Conditional display rules affect the entire sub section and all fields within it

  • Keep titles concise and descriptive for better user understanding

Best Practices

  • Use clear, descriptive titles for each sub section

  • Add helpful descriptions to guide users through the form

  • Group related fields logically within each sub section

  • Use conditionals sparingly to avoid overly complex forms

  • Review your form structure regularly to ensure it remains intuitive and efficient
