Purpose
The Set Status feature on the Cultivation Batch Detail page allows users to set and update the status of a batch. It helps you track your batch's progress and communicate its current state to your team effectively.
What Can You Do With It?
With Set Status, you can:
Assign a specific status to a cultivation batch
Add a reason for the status change
Keep your team informed about the batch's current state
Control access to certain batch functions based on the selected status
How to Set a Batch Status
Follow these steps to update a batch status:
Navigate to the Cultivation Batch Detail page.
Locate the Set Status section.
Choose a status from the dropdown menu.
Enter a reason for the status change in the text area (if applicable).
Click the "Set Status" button to save your changes.
Important Considerations
Blocking statuses: Certain statuses may block key functions within the batch until a non-blocking status is set.
Non-blocking statuses: Setting a non-blocking status restores access to all key batch functions.
Activity Log: Each status change is automatically recorded in the Activity Log Report, including any notes you’ve added.
Best Practices
Keep status updates clear and concise.
Use the reason field to provide additional context when necessary.
Regularly review and update batch statuses to ensure accurate tracking.
Communicate status changes to your team to maintain workflow efficiency.
