Purpose

On the Work Order Detail page, this feature allows users to print labels for all outputs of the work order. Titled Print Labels for all Outputs, it simplifies label generation for each item connected to a specific work order.

What can you do with it?

The Print Labels for all Outputs feature is designed to streamline the labeling process by allowing users to print labels for every output associated with a work order. Users can swiftly generate the necessary documentation for tracking and managing inventory, fulfilling administrative requirements, and enhancing operational efficiency.

How is it done?

  1. Navigate to the Work Order Detail Page: Start by accessing the page for the specific work order you need labels for.

  2. Select Print Label for: Choose the option Print Labels for all Work Order Outputs. This ensures labels are generated for every output associated with the work order.

  3. Work Order and Output Selection:

    • Use the Work Order field to designate the specific order.

    • Use the Work Order Output to specify which outputs you’re printing labels for.

  4. Printer Setup:

    • Choose your Printer from the list to direct where the labels will be printed.

    • Select the Printer Job Template to determine the format of the printing job.

  5. Label Specification:

    • Enter the Label Quantity, determining how many copies you need for each output.

  • Accuracy: Ensure that the correct work order and outputs are selected to prevent mislabeling.

  • Printer Template: Double-check the printer job template to ensure it fits the desired label format.

  • Quantity Entry: Verify the label quantity to avoid excess printing or shortages.
