How is it done?
Access the Form Schema Page
Navigate to your desired form schema where you want to incorporate the date/time selector.
Add a New Date/Time Select
Click on the Add Element button and choose Date/Time from the list.
Configure Your Date/Time Select:
Label: Enter a descriptive name for the date/time picker. This serves as an identifier for users.
Description: Provide detailed context about the date/time picker. This helps ensure clarity.
Info Icon: Add supporting information or instructions to aid usability.
Picker: Choose between date and/or time options to determine the level of detail.
Conditionals: Set up when this widget will appear, based on other form values for a tailored workflow experience.
Finalize and Save

Save: Commit your changes to make the new date/time element live in the form.
