Purpose

On the Form Schema page, the New Date/Time functionality allows users to seamlessly integrate a new Date Select into a form schema.

What can you do with it?

The New Date/Time feature is designed to enhance your form's functionality by allowing you to add a Date Select. This empowers you to specify exactly when an event or action needs to be tracked, ensuring accuracy in data capture and facilitating better decision-making.

How is it done?

  1. Access the Form Schema Page

    • Navigate to your desired form schema where you want to incorporate the date/time selector.

  2. Add a New Date/Time Select

    • Click on the Add Element button and choose Date/Time from the list.

  3. Configure Your Date/Time Select:

    • Label: Enter a descriptive name for the date/time picker. This serves as an identifier for users.

    • Description: Provide detailed context about the date/time picker. This helps ensure clarity.

    • Info Icon: Add supporting information or instructions to aid usability.

    • Picker: Choose between date and/or time options to determine the level of detail.

    • Conditionals: Set up when this widget will appear, based on other form values for a tailored workflow experience.

  4. Finalize and Save

    • Review: Ensure all settings are accurately configured to your requirements.

    • Save: Commit your changes to make the new date/time element live in the form.
