Purpose

The Form Schema page is where the action happens. Here, you'll find the capability to add a new group of Radio Buttons to enhance functionality and user interaction.

What can you do with it?

The New Radio Buttons feature empowers you to create a dynamic selection tool within your forms. This capability allows users to effortlessly add a new group of Radio Buttons, giving them the power to add structured choices and enhance the overall form experience.

How is it done?

To successfully implement this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Form Schema Page: Start by opening the form schema section where you want to add your radio buttons.

  2. Initiate New Radio Buttons Setup: Click on the option to create a new group of radio buttons.

  3. Configure the Radio Button Group:

    • Enter a Label: Define the primary identifier for your radio button group. This is how users will distinguish this set of options.

    • Add a Description: Provide further context or instructions to guide users on how to use this radio set effectively.

    • Insert Info Icon: Include helpful tips or additional context by utilizing the info icon feature next to your group.

  4. Define Options:

    • Input selectable Options via a text field for each choice that users can pick from. Keep these clear and concise.

    • Use Add Option button to introduce additional selections as necessary.

  5. Set Conditionals:

    • Utilize the Conditionals selection to establish visibility rules based on values from other widgets. This enhances workflow customization by controlling when this radio button group appears.

Important Considerations

  • Ensure all options are clearly labeled and distinct to avoid confusion.

  • Use the description and info icon to provide clarity and context to the users, enhancing their decision-making process.

  • Review conditionals thoroughly to ensure they accurately reflect the intended logic and workflow.

Best Practices

  • Regularly update the label and descriptions to align with any changes in your form's purpose or target audience.

  • Test the radio button group configuration in different scenarios to guarantee functionality meets expectations.

  • Consistently revisit and refine options to reflect the most relevant and up-to-date choices for users.
