Guide to Managing Work Order Statuses in Elevated Signals

Creating New Work Order Statuses 0:14
Navigate to the existing statuses page on the Elevated Signals dashboard.
Go to the settings or facility section in the sidebar and click on the cog icon for statuses.
Click on the 'New Status' button to create a new status.
Enter a name for the status (e.g., 'labels printed') and select 'work order' as the status type.
Click 'Create' to save the new status.
Applying Work Order Statuses 1:19
Go to a work order detail page in Elevated Signals.
Click 'Set Status' to apply one of the created work order statuses.
Optionally, add comments related to the status (e.g., 'labels printed and approved, ready for work').
Click 'Update' to save the status and comments.
Viewing Statuses in Production Planning and Scheduling 2:25
Statuses appear at the event level in the calendar view.
Click on the work order in the calendar to see the status on the detail card.
Access the status history accordion section to view all statuses and their histories.
Updating Statuses from the Planning Module 2:44
Update statuses directly from the planning module without accessing the specific work order by clicking on the 'Update Status' accordion on the work order detail card in the calendar view.
Filtering Work Orders by Status 3:17
Work order statuses can be filtered in the work orders page of Elevated Signals.
