The Generate PDF feature on the Cultivation Batch Detail page allows users to create a detailed Production Batch Record (PBR) with various optional components.
What can you do with it?
Generate a tailored PDF report for your cultivation batch, including key information and optional sections like quality records, running totals, parent history, custom fields, and available inventory. You can download the PDF instantly or have it emailed to you for larger files.
How is it done?
Access the feature: Navigate to the Cultivation Batch Detail page and locate the Generate PDF section.
Customize your PDF: Choose which components to include by selecting the relevant checkboxes:
With Quality Records
With Running Totals
With Parent History
With Custom Fields
With Available Inventory
Set delivery preference:
For immediate download: Leave the "Email PDF" checkbox unchecked.
For email delivery: Check the "Email PDF" box (recommended for larger files).
Generate the PDF: Click the "Generate PDF" button to create your customized report.
Important Considerations
Larger PDFs may take longer to generate and download.
Email delivery is useful for big files or when you need to share the PDF with team members.
Including all optional components may result in a more comprehensive but larger file.
Best Practices
Only include the components relevant to your current needs to keep the PDF concise.
