Purpose
In the Work Order Detail page, the Output of Product without Batch Requirements feature empowers you to manage inventory efficiently by allowing you to output an Inventory Product without the need for any batch requirements.
What can you do with it?
The main goal of the Output of Product without Batch Requirements is to enable smooth and efficient inventory output. This feature allows users to manage their Inventory Product outputs seamlessly without the constraints of batch requirements, offering flexibility in inventory handling and tracking.
How is it done?
Product Selection
Choose the desired Product from the data select list.
Select the associated Vendor to confirm the source of the product.
Destination Assignment
Identify the Destination Location for the product.
Lot Tracking
Opt to either Create a New Lot or Use an Existing Lot for inventory tracking.
If creating a new lot, enter a New Lot Name or leave it blank for automatic generation.
Inventory Tracking
Decide to Create New Inventory or Use Existing Inventory for storing the product.
Input a New Inventory Name, which is optional as the system can generate one automatically.
Quantity and Units
Specify the Quantity of the product to be output.
Choose the appropriate Inventory Unit connected to your chosen inventory product.
Product Identification
Select the correct SKU for the outputted product.
Timestamp and Status
Enter a Timestamp if a specific date and time are required, keeping in mind it cannot predate the Work Order Open Date & Time.
Decide on the Status of the inventory item from the available options.
Important Considerations
Ensure you select the correct vendor and location to avoid misplacement of inventory.
Always double-check quantities and units to ensure the accuracy of output.
