Steps to Correct a Mistaken Batch Transfer

Undoing the Transfer Event:

  1. Open the Plant Ledger for the affected batch to view the event history.

  2. Undo Events one by one until you reach the transfer event that needs correction.

  3. Undo the Transfer Event, then redo it with the correct location. The system will automatically stack any subsequent events on top.

If the Transfer Created a Work Order by Batch Action:

  1. Go to the specific work order in question.

  2. Select Work Order Actions -> Undo Work Order to remove it.

For Other Work Orders:

  1. Access the work order, then go to Work Order Actions -> Reopen.

  2. Clear out any outputs, inputs, or entries so the work order is empty.

  3. Go back to Work Order Actions and select Delete Work Order to remove it entirely.

If the Event Was a Destruction Event:

  1. Go to the Destruction Lot.

  2. Delete the Destruction Event to remove it.

Note: You cannot remove a Batch transfer if the Batch has been transferred again afterward. You will need to start from the last batch transfer and work backwards until you reach the wrong transfer.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, feel free to contact support with the batch ID and relevant details for further assistance.
