Within the Cultivation Batch Detail page, the Begin Harvest feature empowers you to initiate a Harvest Work Order when plants are ready and in the Flowering Growth Stage.
What can you do with it?
The goal of Begin Harvest is to streamline your workflow, allowing you to effectively start a Harvest Work Order for plants ready in the flowering phase. This ensures your operations run smoothly, maintaining the health and quality of your crops.
How is it done?
Access Cultivation Batch Detail:
Go to the Cultivation Batch Detail page to locate your batch.
Begin a Harvest:
Look for the Begin Harvest option.
Follow these steps to ensure accurate setup:
Select Work Order Type:
Choose from a Data Select of Work Order Types. The default option is a generic Harvest Work Order.
Set the Opening Date:
Use the Date Select to backdate the action if necessary. If not specified, the system will use the current date and time.
Describe the Work Order:
Add details in the Text Area for Work Order Description. These comments provide context and clarity.
Determine the Work Order Location:
Use Data Select of Locations to specify where the work order will take place.
Create In-Progress Records:
Choose the relevant Form Schemas through Data Select to generate in-progress records in the Records section.
Add Related Equipment:
Connect necessary tools by selecting from the Data Select of Equipment to append them to the Equipments section.
Important Considerations
Ensure plants are truly in the Flowering Growth Stage before starting.
Double-check the Opening Date to avoid discrepancies.
Remember, the more detailed the Work Order Description, the better for future reference.
